When are you open?

We are open on show nights only with a full bar. Please see our full list of shows at lulusmusic.co

Do you serve food?

We do NOT serve or allow food in the venue at any time.

What are the age restrictions for shows at Lulu's Downtown?

Most events are all ages, some are 18+, and some are 21+. Check out individual show details for more information.

Can I bring my infant?

If the show is all ages, children are allowed to attend the show. Children 2 years old and above require a regular priced ticket. Patrons under the age of two do NOT need a ticket. We ask that children stay with their guardians at all times for safety purposes and to ensure that there is no distraction from the show.

Do you have seating at your venue?

Very limited seating is available for standing shows. Some shows are seated and will be notated in the show details. We do NOT have a VIP section or booth rentals.

Where are you located?

We are located at 32 South Tejon Street in Colorado Springs. The entrance is on the northwest side of the building.

Where should I park if I am attending a show at Lulu’s Downtown?

There are several parking garages in the area as well as metered street parking. The closest parking garage is located at 130 S Nevada Ave.

Is the show really sold out?

If the website says the show is sold out, there are NOT tickets available for purchase at the door, the show is completely sold out.

What is Lulu’s Downtown’s refund policy?

All ticket sales are final. No Refunds.

What if a show I purchased tickets to is canceled or postponed?

Credit card purchases through opendate.com or our venue box offices will be automatically refunded. Please allow 30 business days for the refund to hit your account. Your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you must notify us within 10 business days to receive a refund. After 10 days, refunds will no longer be allowed.

Where can I find my tickets?

At time of purchase, you will receive an email from Opendate with scannable tickets to the show. If you are unable to find your tickets, please submit a form through Opendate.

What do I need to enter the venue?

You must have a valid state ID, military ID, or passport and provide the scannable QR code with your ticket.

Can I transfer my tickets?

If you can no longer make the show and have someone that would like to use the tickets, they can check-in using a photocopy or clear picture of the ticket purchaser’s ID, and need to possess the scannable QR code on the tickets. We do NOT condone buying from 3rd party sellers.

What are your box office hours?

We currently do NOT have box office hours. All tickets must be purchased on our website at lulusmusic.co or at the door day-of, a $2 facility fee will be applied.

I forgot to close my tab! What should I do?

No need to call or email us! All open tabs are closed at the end of the night with 20% gratuity.

What’s allowed / NOT allowed in the venue?

Small purses and bags are allowed in the venue.

Food and outside beverages are NOT allowed inside Lulu’s.

We do NOT allow large purses, backpacks, food, or outside drinks of any kind in the venue.

What is your photography policy?

Phone photography is permitted without flash. No professional style cameras allowed without prior approval. Please email info@lulusmusic.co for consideration.
